You do not have to top up a ₺7,500 balance before buying a monthly or yearly package. A separately purchased usage balance and the minutes and messages included in a package are separate items. The usage balance is credited to your account right after the payment reaches Callivo and the payment check is complete. A 10% discount applies to the 12-month total of the selected monthly package prices, and the discounted yearly package price is charged upfront at the start. Line and add-on service fees, any discounts on them, billing periods and the total amount payable including VAT are shown separately before you order.
The top-up is a fixed ₺7,500. That is roughly 1,000 minutes of calls or 1,875 WhatsApp messages.
